Free launches

Product submissions and approved free launches do not require payment. There is no charge to refund for these services. Approval and publication do not create a paid booking.

Paid placements are unavailable

Launchday is not currently accepting paid featured bookings. Before this changes, we will publish the price, UTC delivery period, cancellation cutoff and refund terms and show them before payment. Test-mode transactions, if used during development, are not purchases of live placements.

Unexpected charges or listing requests

If you believe you were charged by Launchday, use Contact & support and include the transaction reference and date. Never include full card details. The team will investigate and reply privately inside Launchday. For listing changes or removal, send a submission or privacy request instead. Nothing here limits applicable mandatory rights.
