A little privacy.
This notice describes the current free Launchday service, operated from India. For privacy questions, contact the Launchday team using Privacy or data request in our private support form.
What we collect and why
Google and Supabase provide sign-in. We use your account identifier, name and email to identify your account and restrict access to your submissions. We store product descriptions, links, launch dates, uploaded images and review decisions to operate the launch calendar. We store support requests and replies so the team can respond, and limited operational and administrative records to secure and maintain the service.
What becomes public
Approved product details and sanitized images appear on public product and calendar pages. Your founder name appears only if you choose to display it. Drafts, account email, private uploads, support requests and replies are not published. Publicly saved or cached copies can persist after a listing is removed.
Service providers
Cloudflare hosts the application and processes image uploads. Supabase provides authentication, database and private storage; Google provides sign-in. These providers process information needed to perform their services, potentially outside India. Launchday does not use Resend or another email delivery service. We do not sell personal data or send marketing emails.
Cookies and security
We use essential authentication cookies and access controls. This version does not install advertising or third-party analytics cookies. Request limits, administrative audit records and redacted error logs help protect the service. Never include passwords, secret keys, sensitive identity documents or card details in submissions or support requests.
Retention
We keep account and listing information while needed to operate your account and published products. Automated maintenance removes abandoned private draft images after 30 days and old request-limit records after one day. Support requests are retained while needed for follow-up; you can request deletion. Removal of publicly cached copies is outside our direct control. Independent backup and restore arrangements remain under setup; we do not promise an independent backup copy.
Your choices and requests
You can edit your submissions, choose whether to show your founder name and ask for access, correction, export, listing removal or account deletion through support. We verify ownership before making account changes and explain any records we need to retain. Requests are handled manually; check the support page for replies.
Payments and updates
Paid checkout is disabled. Launchday does not collect payment-card numbers. We will update this notice before introducing live payments or materially changing how information is used. The date above identifies the current notice.
